Refund policy


RETURN POLICY:

Returns/Exchanges are allowed on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Fragile items that were not properly repackaged and arrive back to us damaged will not be refunded. Your original packing slip must also be included.

Online returns will not receive a refund until we have received the item and inspected it. Once the item has been returned to us, we will send you an email letting you know if your return has been accepted or not.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3-5 days. Depending on your bank, this could take several business days to process and post to your account.

Items are only available for exchange in store.

We are unable to process returns by mail for items that were purchased in store.

ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:

All items that are for cat use, i.e: towers/trees/bedding/toys/treats/grooming items/carriers/collars/hats/harnesses/scratch posts

Feral Cat Coalition items

All hygiene and beauty products

All Earrings due to sanitary reasons

All vintage and antique items

All Holiday items and discounted items

Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable


Damages & Missing Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery and let us know if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. We do require photos of any damage to products and/or packaging. Please keep all damaged packing materials and boxes along with all inside contents so that we are able to process a claim with the carrier.

Purrgatory is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for it. If you have a package that is lost or missing, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for a refund.
