Shipping policy
Purrgatory can ship to all states in the US. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion.
If an order is refused by Purrgatory, a refund will be issued in full.
Shipping processing and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. I do my best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. I appreciate your patience and support of my small business, and I am available at support@shoppurrgatory.com to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
Please note that once your package is with the carrier, I am unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed.
Purrgatory is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for it. If you have a package that is lost or missing, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for a refund.
Please be sure to double check all of your delivery information before completing checkout as I may not be able to make changes once the order has been placed.
